A Fort Madison man who posted a “Dilbert” comic strip on an office bulletin board has lost his job for implying his bosses were a bunch of “drunken lemurs.”

Scott Adams, “Dilbert” creator, responds:

“Most ‘Dilbert’ comics don’t come right out and call management a bunch of drunken lemurs,” Adams said. “So I can see how this one might have been a tad over the line.”

I’ve started reading the Spiderwick Chronicles to my son, Espen. Even though he’s still very young, he’s really getting into them. We’ve read the first two and just started the third one tonight. I recommend the books to anyone who’s interested in faeries, goblins, trolls and other fantastical creatures!
